10x Customer Service Officers - Urgently Required


Responsibilities

• Provision of quality Customer Service over the phone
• Ensuring that accurate and relevant information is given to Customers
• Doing necessary follow-ups on Customers
• Probe and Clarify on Customers needs
Requirements
• Min. GCE 'O' Levels
• MUST be customer-orientated
• Applicants with prior Call-Center experience is prefered but not a MUST!
• good communication skills
• Be a Team-Player
• ONLY Singaporean or Singapore PR may APPLY! (Applicants who does not meet this requirement will not be considered)
• Rotational shifts and Roastered Duty required!
