Japanese speaking Graduates and Sales Professionals are required to join rapidly growing global recruitment business in Singapore.

Nigel Frank International is the global leader in Microsoft Recruitment, with offices in London and Newcastle (UK), San Francisco, New York, Melbourne and Singapore.

We are currently looking for ambitious and motivated Japanese speakers to join our vibrant office in Singapore.

Japanese speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:

- Fostering new business relationships
- Accompanying candidates throughout the hiring process with clients
- Selling on different levels
- Coordinating interviews
- Negotiating salaries on behalf of candidates


Japanese speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, professionalism, resilience
- Determination, ambition and a competitive nature
- You should have a strong desire to succeed and be money-motivated
- You must be willing to work hard in order to reap the rewards

- This role involves dealing with our clients & candidates in Japan therefore you MUST be fluent in Japanese (non-native Japanese speakers also welcome to apply)

- MUST have understanding of recruitment industry and what the role entails
